Spurs are worn in pairs on the heels of riding boots. They are used to reinforce verbal riding commands and to back up the natural aids (legs, seat, hands). This Gothic style spur has a U-shaped heal band with a small neck attached to a pointed arrow and has leather straps for fastening it around the boots. It is completely wearable and can be used for costume dressing.
